Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri P. Madhusudan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondent.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief - "...to issue writ or direction particularly in the nature of

mandamus or any other appropriate writ, declaring the Memo No.ANU/ACE/Exams/July, 2008, dated 5-1-2009 on the file of the respondent as illegal, void and arbitrary and consequently set-aside the same...."

When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent developments, particularly, the petitioner has joined in MCA course and completed the said course, her grievance in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and no further orders need to be passed in this writ petition.
