HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8986 & 8987 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.P.No.8402 of 2017 ORDER:

The petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 3 and the 2nd respondentdefacto complainant of C.C.No.463 of 2013 on the file of XXV Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Kukatpally, which is outcome of crime No.716 of 2011 of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 506 IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, present before the Court and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court and the terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of compromise of the parties, the offences are compounded and the accused are acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
