No. 716 of 2014 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) An identical appeal being ITTA.No.519 of 2014 has been decided by this Court in between the same parties in relation to the assessment year 2002-03. The subject matter of this appeal is in relation to the assessment year 2003-04.

It is recorded incidentally that the common order impugned herein was before us in ITTA.No.519 of 2014 and we passed the order of remand. The previous order will therefore govern in this matter also. The appeal is accordingly disposed of.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
