Heard Mrs.Dhana Laxmi holding for Mr.Jalakam Satyaram for petitioner and Mr.P.Shiva Kumar the learned Standing Counsel for the 5th respondent.

The 5th respondent places before the Court the closure order dated 28.07.2018 and informs that the complaint of the petitioner is substantially looked into and appropriate orders are passed. Hence, according to him, the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive.

The closure order dated 28.07.2018 is placed on record. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as no further order is necessary. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
