2019-11-07T.Amarnath Goud2 pages

THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD W.P.No.24433 of 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

The petitioner earlier filed W.P.No.23998 of 2019 before this Court and the same has been withdrawn on 05.11.2019 and the said fact is not stated in this writ petition. However, during the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted the said fact.

After withdrawal of the said writ petition, the present writ petition came to be filed seeking relief against the official respondents 1 to 4 for renewal of liquor license for the current year for conducting bar and restaurant and also to delete the names of the unofficial respondents 5 and 6.

The petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 are biological brothers and for the reasons best known that there is a dispute between them, they are creating hurdles before the excise authorities in renewing the license. Aggrieved by the action of respondents 2 and 3 in not renewing the license, the petitioner made a representation on 17.09.2019 and the same is pending.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits, this Court feels that the writ petition be disposed of directing respondents 2 and 3 to look into the representation dated 17.09.2019 of the petitioner and the concerned authority

shall pass appropriate orders within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as respondents 5 and 6.

Miscellaneous petitions if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ T.AMARNATH GOUD,J Date: 07-11-2019 kvrm
