HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1205 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard.

The order is suspended for eight weeks, meanwhile, the petitioner shall appear before the learned Magistrate concerned and move for bail either before Magistrate or appropriate other court, as the case may be, so that in the meantime, he cannot be arrested nor his passport be seized, so that he can approach before the learned Magistrate with necessary reliefs if any.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is disposed of before admission from hearing of the learned public prosecutor. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
