THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24408 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "....to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in asking the Petitioner to submit the LRS particulars along with House construction application in respect of the Petitioner's Plot No.3 in Sy.No.115 admeasuring 433 Sq.Yards situated at Poppalguda Village, Ranga Reddy District, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently may direct the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 to accept Petitioner's House construction application in respect of said property in the interest of justice."

Learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Council of Manikonda appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3 submits that there is a procedure prescribed for grant of building permission and the petitioner is required to follow the same by way of filing application online.

In view of the above and inasmuch as the petitioner has not submitted application online, as prescribed, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit application online. Thereupon, the respondent authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law and the same may be communicated to the petitioner.
