THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 14547 of 2009 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondent No. 1 in issuing the proceedings No. A1/1341/2008 dated 5.5.2009 revoking the mutation proceedings issued in favour of the proceedings through proceedings No A1/1341/2008 dated 30.1.2009 regarding the property bearing Municipal numbers 2-3-235, 2-3-236 and 2-3-237 situated at Rambazar, Jagtial, as arbitrary, illegal, null and void, and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of the provisions of the A. P. Municipalities Act and also violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India...."

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be closed as the dispute between the parties is settled out of Court amicably.

In the light of the above submission, the writ petition is closed.
