THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.18824 of 2015 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dt.01.09.2016 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition questioning the subsequent order passed by the respondents. This request is also reiterated in the Court.

Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
