THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.12477 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the memo bearing No.DEE/OP/SKZR/D.No.1111, dated 01.06.2004 issued by the Divisional Engineer, Elec., Operation Division, Sirpur Kaghaznagar reverting the petitioner to the cadre of Junior Lineman arbitrary, illegal and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently set aside the same and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner to his previous cadre of lineman with all attendant benefits from the date of his initial promotion to that cadre and to pass such other necessary orders.

No representation on behalf of the petitioner on 30.03.2016 and the matter is posted to today 'for dismissal'. Today also even the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
