HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.213 of 2014 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 10.12.2013 in C.M.A.No.89 of 2012 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District, wherein and whereby the order passed in I.A.No.151 of 2010 in O.S.No.64 of 2010 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, Ranga Reddy District was confirmed. When the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that without going into the merits of the revision petition, the trial Court may be directed to dispose of O.S.No.64 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to express any opinion touching the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Junior Civil Judge, Vikarabad, is hereby directed to dispose of O.S.No.64 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
