THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15899 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents in not entering the name of the petitioner in Record of Rights in respect of the lands admeasuring Acs.0.66 cents in Survey No.583/2, Acs.0.91⁄4 cent in Survey No.136/7, Acs.0.31⁄2 cents in Survey No.136/8, Acs.0.201⁄2 cents in Survey No.137/2, Acs.3.80 cents in Survey No.578, Acs.0.23⁄4 cents in Survey No.431/9 and Acs.0.11⁄2 cents in Survey No.373/3, total extent of Acs.4.941⁄2 cents situated in Siddavaram Village, Konakanamitta Mandal, Prakasam District.

Now the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the Tahsildar already passed an endorsement rejecting the request of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner applied for Acs.4.94 cents in excess, instead of Acs.3.741⁄2 cents and the petitioner already possessed pattadar pass books and title deeds for an extent of Acs.3.83 cents vide Khata No.441of Siddavaram Village of Konakanamitta Mandal.

Since the date of endorsement is not known from the instructions, the fourth respondent is directed to serve a copy of the endorsement to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in order to enable the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
