Heard.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that if the seized vehicle is allowed to remain in open place, there is every possibility of the same getting spoiled and subject to further enquiry, the same may be directed to be released. Therefore, subject to payment of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees one lakh twenty thousand only) to the second respondent, there shall be a direction to the respondents to release the vehicle i.e. Selfloading Concrete Mixture vehicle bearing No.AP-04-BK-2302 and the petitioner shall give an undertaking that he shall not alienate or alter the nature of the vehicle or create any third party interest and will not modify the major parts of the vehicle. The above order is subject to further enquiry by the authorities. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
