This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 18.04.2018 in I.A.No.106 of 2017 in O.S.No.1504 of 2012 on the file of the Court of VII Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of fresh petition. 3.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
