This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw O.P.No.651 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Heard the learned counsel for both parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that O.P.No.1601 of 2015 is pending on the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Learned counsel for the respondent, in all fairness, submitted that the respondent has no objection for transfer of O.P.No.651 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, to the file of the Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed withdrawing O.P.No.651 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad, and transferred to the file of the Family Court,

Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
