THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 24513 of 2019 O R D E R:

In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is limited. He asserts that he purchased Chenna Rayudu Saw Mill from one M.Mahender Kumar;

that the respondent authorities vide proceedings dated 06.09.2019 permitted him to change the ownership and also shifting of the Saw Mill as requested by him and that on account of personal reasons, he submitted application dated 02.10.2019 seeking to change the name of the Saw Mill to that of 'Park Wood Saw Mill' and the same is not being considered. In the circumstances, he filed this writ petition.

Learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent authorities would consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authorities to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
