THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.101 of 2004 ORDER:

This writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the impugned Award dated 23.11.2001 in I.D.No.287 of 1998, on the file of the court of the Industrial Tribunal-cum-Labour Court, Anantapur, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. On 29.12.2010 this court passed the following order: "Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out personal notice to respondent Nos.2 and 3 by registered post with acknowledgement due and file proof of service within six weeks. If for any reason, the notice (s) is/are not served, the same shall be brought to the notice of the Registry without fail. In default, the writ petition stands dismissed against respondent Nos.2 and 3 without further reference to the court."

3. Admittedly, the petitioner has not complied with the above order. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the writ petition. Hence, no purpose will be served by keeping the matter pending.
