Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent has considered the representation of the petitioner and issued proceedings dated 13.07.2017 rejecting the objections raised by the petitioner in the said representation. In view of the same, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 13.07.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging the proceedings dated 13.07.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent. Interim Order, if any, granted earlier by this Court stands vacated. No costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
