THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.3893 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. challenging the inaction on the part of the Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Court at Mahabubnagar in disposing of Crl.M.P.No.58 of 2017 in M.C.No.1 of 2014. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

At the time of hearing, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.58 of 2017 in M.C.No.1 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Prohibition and Excise Court at Mahabubnagar is hereby directed to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.58 of 2017 in M.C.No.1 of 2014 in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. 7.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
