Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed by this court in W.P.Nos.13407 and 13431 of 2019 dated 03.07.2019.

Heard Sri R.Vinod Reddy learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for 5th respondent. Both the counsel have not disputed the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view of the same and for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file application afresh for transfer of service connection in her name before the competent authority and the said authority is directed to receive the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
