CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1419 of 2017 Dt: 19.09.2017 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal arises out of Order, dated 14-06-2017, in WP.No.10783 of 2011.

A perusal of the afore-mentioned order of the learned Single Judge shows that on considering the submissions of the learned Counsel for the respondents/writ petitioners that during the pendency of WP.No.10783 of 2011, a learned single Judge has dismissed WP.No.21947 of 2005 filed by the appellants by his Order, dated 16-03-2017 and that on account of dismissal of the said Writ Petition upholding the award of the Labour Court, no further directions are required, he has disposed of the Writ Petition without adjudication on merits.

The learned Standing Counsel for appellant No.1- Andhra Pradesh Power Generation Corporation Limited submitted that questioning Order, dated 16-03-2017, in WP.No.21947 of 2005, the appellants have filed Writ Appeal No.1269 of 2017 and that the same is pending.

Since WP.No.10783 of 2011 was disposed of without granting any relief to the respondents on the ground of dismissal of WP.No.21947 of 2005 filed by the appellants, we do not find

CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1419 of 2017 Dt: 19.09.2017 any reason for the appellants to feel aggrieved by the said order of the learned Single Judge, more so, when they have already availed the remedy of Writ Appeal against Order, dated 16.03.2017, in WP.No.21947 of 2005.

For the afore-mentioned reasons, the Writ Appeal is wholly misconceived and the same is, accordingly, dismissed, however, without prejudice to the right of the appellants to pursue Writ Appeal No.1269 of 2017.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP.No.2651 of 2017, filed by the appellants for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
