The present Criminal Revision Case is filed seeking to t t set aside the order dated 17.01.2019 in M.C.No.428 of 2Ol7 pasSed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy at L.B.Nagar.

l,earned counsel for the petitioners upon instructions submits that the cause in the Revision does not survive as the matrimonial disputes between the parents of the petitioners herein got settled and they are staying with their father as such no orders are required. Therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking the copy of the letter dated 04.O7.2024 addressed to the Registrar Judicial seeking to withdraw the Revision, onto the file; permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

Miscellaneous Petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
