ORDER:
This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "...to issue any writ, order or a direction, more particularly one a writ in the nature of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records and to quash the order issued by the 1st respondent vide his Proceedings No.A1/188/2/2011, dated 23.12.2011, by permitting the petitioner to carry on her business as usual at Rythu Bazar, Kadereswarapet, Krishna Lanka, Vijayawada, at Vegetable stalls 29, 30, Vijayawada."
Today, this Court has dismissed W.P. No.127 of 2012 wherein an identical issue has been raised and adjudicated. For the same reasons contained in the order passed in that writ petition, this writ petition is also dismissed and the directions contained therein shall form part of this order.
