G.Narayana Murthy, v. The District Collector,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42145 OF 2016 ORDER:
The case of the petitioner is that petitioner's father late G.Narsimham was pattadar and owner of the land admeasuring Ac.8.28 situated at Sarakalanka Revenue Village, Venkatapuram Mandal, Khammam District and his name was also recorded as pattadar in the revenue records. While so, petitioner came to know that either the name of petitioner's father or his name was continued in the revenue records from 1986 onwards as per 1-B register and made a representation on 09.03.2016 before the 4th respondent and also on 21.10.2016 before the 1st respondent. As no action has been initiated, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has not mentioned as to whose name was entered in the revenue records in place of name of the petitioner's father or petitioner's name and the parties were also not impleaded in the writ petition. Even in the writ affidavit, it is mentioned petitioner's name was not continued from onwards and made a representation on 21.10.2016.
In view of the above facts and circumstances, the writ petition lacks details and particulars and petitioner
approached this Court after a period of 30 years. Hence, I do not see any reason to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
