THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Civil Revision Petition No.660 of 2017 ORDER:

The Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of Constitution of India against the order, dated 28.03.2016 passed in C.M.A. No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, wherein and whereunder the appeal filed by the 2nd respondent herein to set aside the order dated 15.12.2015 passed in I.A. No.517 of 2015 in O.S.No.101 of 2015 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge's Court, Kothapeta, was allowed. After arguing for sometime, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed this Court to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.101 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, as expeditiously as possible, in view of the fact that the present order under challenge is reversal order by the appellate Court. After perusal of the record and hearing the arguments, this Court is of the view that the Civil Revision Petition can be disposed of with the following direction :

The trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit O.S.No.101 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, as expeditiously as possible and till the disposal of the suit, both parties are directed to maintain status quo.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
