Since the subject matter involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this Common Order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the lis in these writ petitions is squarely covered by Common Order of this Court in W.P.Nos.13663 of 2011 & batch dated 16.06.2015 and the same is not disputed by Smt. K.Lalitha, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and for the reasons alike in Common Order dated 16.06.2015 in W.P.Nos.13663 of 2011, these writ petitions are dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy available to them under law. There shall be no order as to costs.
