Heard Sri Krishna Mohan Sikharam, counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment.

The writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the counsel.

The prayer in the writ petition is as follows: ".. to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent no.4 in re-allotting the plots to the workers of the Telugu Desam Party without cancelling the pattas of the petitioners and without issuing any notice to the petitioners in respect of Plots bearing Nos.2, 3, 28, 31, C-53, C-55, C-77, 82, 92, 93, 3, 4, 41, C-71, 100, 52, C-12,C-11, C81, A-95, 35, C-89, C-73, 31, C-1, 10, 63, 78, 9, C-66, 59, C-7, C-6 and C-7 in Sy.Nos.123, 124, 196, 197, 198/1, 198, 124, 123 and 126, situated at Nakirekallu village and Mandal, Guntur District is illegal, arbitrary, capricious against the principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14, and 300-A of the Constitution of India and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader placed on record written instructions dated 25.6.2018 and the same is taken on file. According to Tahsildar, Nakarikallu, the writ petition is filed on mere apprehension. According to the Tahsildar, a few of the

assignees have violated the conditions of assignment and the Tahsildar proposes to initiate action, afford opportunity to such of the assignees against whom resumption of assigned plots is undertaken and thereafter subject to orders, the possession will be taken, in accordance with law. The submission is placed on record, accepted and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _______________ S.V.
