Sri Bethi Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the 2nd respondent Municipal Corporation and ascertain whether, as a matter of fact, permission has been granted to the 4th respondent to carry on the constructions in Survey No. 413, Kothirampur, Karimnagar Town & District.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is therefore, dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner as sought for. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any are also dismissed.
