THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.23603 of 2017 ORDER :

The petitioner has filed the Writ Petition challenging the inaction of the 3rd respondent in considering petitioner's representation dt.07.07.2017 seeking retention at Hyderabad. 2.

The learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation dt.07.07.2017 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.07.07.2017 within a period of two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.
