Heard Mr.P.Raghavendra Rao for the petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 4. 2.

The petitioner complains against the inaction in issuing pattedar passbook to the petitioners for land admeasuring Ac.30.13 guntas in Survey No.999/18 of Bangarijala Village, H/o.Paloncha Revenue Village, Bhadradri Kothagudem District, as illegal and contrary to A.P.Rights in Land and Pattedar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short, "the Act").

The Assistant Government Pleader refers to the written instructions, dated 20.07.2018, and states that the 4th respondent undertakes to communicate the view or decision taken on representation, dated 15.12.2017, within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. 5.

The petitioners, on receipt of reply, if are aggrieved, can work out the remedies, in accordance with the Act. 6.

The Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
