Heard learned counsel for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Apprehending interference with the possession and enjoyment of the subject matter of writ petition, the petitioners have invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

On 27.06.2018, at request of respondents, the writ petition was directed to be listed today.

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions, dated 01.07.2018.

According to written instructions, the 4th respondent is not interfering with the petitioners' actual possession and enjoyment of the subject matter of writ petition.

The written instructions are placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
