THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.24463 OF 2019 ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue.
2.
Petitioner claims that he purchased land to an extent of Acs.4.02 guntas in Survey No.489 of Kamanpur Village and Mandal, Peddapally District, in the year 2014. The name of the petitioner was mutated in the revenue records and issued pattadar passbook vide Katha No.2412. He now alleges that his name was deleted from online computer records and therefore he was not issued new pattadar passbook. Complaining about the same, petitioner made representations on 30.09.2019 to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Manthani Division, Karimnagar District, on 05.10.2019 to the District Collector, Peddapalli District, and on 10.10.2019 to the Tahsildar, Kamanpur Mandal, Karimnagar District. Alleging inaction on the said representations, this Writ Petition is filed.
3.
Since representations were already made by the petitioner to the various authorities, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar, Kamanpur Mandal, the 3rd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner as ventilated in the representation dated 10.10.2019 submitted by the petitioner regarding deletion of his name in the online records and not issuing pattadar passbook, and pass appropriate orders and communicate the decision to the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date
of receipt of a copy of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
