This appeal is filed under Order 43 Rule 1 and 2 CPC challenging the docket order dated 28.05.2018 in I.A.No.260 of 2018 in O.S.No.41 of 2018 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor.

At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.260 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned VIII Additional District Judge, Chittoor, is hereby directed to dispose of I.A.No.260 of 2018 in O.S.No.41 of 2018 on merits as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of one (1) month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 5.
