This appeal is filed by the Insurance Company, who was respondent No.2 in O.P.No.375 of 2000.

Learned Counsel for the appellant is no more and the appellant has not taken any steps for engaging another Counsel.

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
