HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.21869 of 2009 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is challenging the Sale Certificate issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 4th respondent. Initially, on 13.10.2009, this Court granted interim order and the same was vacated on 15.02.2011. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioner may be given liberty to pursue his remedies against the 4th respondent in accordance with law.
By recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is given liberty to pursue his remedies against the 4th respondent in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
