This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner to quash the proceedings in Crime No.112 of 2021 on the file of the Madannapet Police Station, Hyderabad, which was registered for the offences punishable under Section 328 read with Sections 511, 272 and 273 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing respondent/State submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the order dated 27.08.2018 of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.

In view of the above submission, the Criminal Petition is allowed in terms of the order dated 27.08.2018 in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch.
