HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS APPEAL No.327 of 2009 JUDGMENT :

This appeal is preferred against order dated 13.10.2008 in I.A.No.1198 of 2008 in O.S.No.64 of 2008 on the file of District Judge, Ongole, whereunder trial Court directed parties to the suit to maintain status quo in respect of plaint schedule property and questioning the said order, defendant Nos.2 to 4 before the trial Court preferred the present appeal.

2. Advocate for appellants submitted according to their instructions the main suit O.S.No.64 of 2008 was disposed of on 31.12.2012, therefore, nothing survives in this appeal.

3. Considering the submission of advocate for appellants, appeal is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
