It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner in C.C.No.550 of 2018, no other than the writ petitioner in W.P.No.22818 of 2017, that the order is complied with. Having regard to the above submission, the Contempt Case is closed. In view of the said submission and the endorsement of the main relief in the writ petition itself satisfied from the compliance in the contempt case, the Writ Petition is disposed of by recording full satisfaction.
