HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.35 OF 2014 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner is present. Learned counsel, having seen the letter of the Principal District Judge, Khammam, would submit that the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

Since the report of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Madhira, forwarded by the learned Principal District Judge, Khammam, would show that the parties settled the dispute outside the Court and the suit was dismissed on 8.5.2018 basing on full satisfaction memo, the present Civil Revision Petition becomes infructuous.

Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ A.SHANKAR NARAYANA,J Dt. 15.06.2018 gbs
