HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.21418 of 2018 ORDER:

Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2 in taking action on the complaints dated 27-01-2018 and 30-04-2018 made by the petitioner, the present writ petition is filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader produced written instructions stating that a case in Cr.No.41 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner and he says that the respondent-police will follow the guidelines laid down in the judgment of Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1 on the complaints of the petitioner.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent-police to take action on the complaints of the petitioner by following the guidelines laid down in Lalitha Kumari's case cited supra. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
