This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.18.12.2014, in W.P.M.P. No.7389 of 2014 in W.P. No.5939 of 2014. At the hearing, Mr. C. Naveen Kumar, learned counsel, representing Mr. V.R. Reddy Kovvuri, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the interim order, in respect of which the present contempt case is filed, was subsequently modified by the Division Bench and that therefore the contempt case does not survive for adjudication.

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the contempt case is dismissed.
