CVNR, J & TR, J AS.No.77 of 2014 Dated:23.02.2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Appeal Suit arises out of judgment and decree, dated 11.11.2011 in O.S.No.25 of 2009 on the file of the learned VII Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Madanapalle. Mr. Chetluri Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellants, addressed letter, dated 22.02.2017, to the Registry, wherein it is stated that at the instance of the elders and well-wishers, the parties have compromised the dispute outside the Court and requested for posting the case for withdrawal. At the hearing, Mr. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel representing Mr. Chetluri Srinivas, learned counsel for the appellants, reiterated the contents of the said letter. In view of the above, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
