When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 30-11-2018 passed in WP.No.8498 of 2004.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 30-11-2018 passed in W.P.No.8498 of 2004. No costs.
