These Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India challenging the common order dated 10.06.2015 passed in I.A.Nos.272 and 273 of 2015 in O.S.No.372 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada.

As per the office note, the above suit was dismissed on 08.03.2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the above suit was dismissed for default.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in these revisions. Hence, both the Civil Revision Petitions are closed. No costs.
