THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.29289 OF 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner claims to be the owner and possessor of the land to an extent of Acs.8.83 cents in Survey No.372 of Kaluvakunta Village, Chagalmarri Mandal, Kurnool District. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he submitted application in Form VI-A for mutation of his name in the revenue records and also for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds along with a representation dated 12.01.2017, so far the same is not acted upon. 2.
When the Court specifically asked, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that no application in Form VI-A is made through online portal of Andhra Pradesh. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submitted that unless an application is made through online, the same cannot be processed.
4.
In view of the same, it cannot be said that the respondent authorities are not acting upon the representation submitted by the petitioner warranting interference by this Court. 5.
The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to make an application through online, as required, and as and when such application is made, the competent authority shall consider the same and take appropriate decision in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
