Aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents 2 to 4 - revenue authorities, in considering the application of the petitioners filed through Mee-seeva (F-Line) No.TADERO11600878395 dated 19.12.2016 and 12.1.2017 for surveying and fixing the boundaries by way of panchanama, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of the learned counsel, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission, directing the respondents 2 to 4 to consider the applications of the petitioners' dated 19.12.2016 and 12.1.2017 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
