Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is completed and the charge sheet has been assigned C.C.No.231 of 2018 on the file of the III Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate of First Class, Ongole. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication as the respondent has complied with the order of this Court. In the result, the Contempt Case is closed.
