This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the docket order, dated 10.02.2016 passed in I.A.No.497 of 2013 in O.S.No.784 of 2011 on the file of the VI Addl. Senior Civil Judge, Vijayawada.

As per the office note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of the suit on 23.04.2016. 3.

In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing this petition has become infructuous. 4.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
