The present writ petition is filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in registering the crime pursuant to the complaint dated 02.10.2019 filed by the petitioner.

Heard Mr. A. Jagan, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 07.11.2019, which is placed on the record of this Court, would submit that on receipt of a complaint from the petitioner dated 02.10.2019 through registered post, enquiry was conducted and on completion of enquiry, a case was registered in Cr.No.566 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 447, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code of Ghatkesar Police Station on 06.11.2019 and the case is under investigation.

Since the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed, as the respondents have already registered a crime and investigation is under progress, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition.
