THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR W.P.NOS.20183, 20190, 20111 AND 20156 OF 2017 COMMON ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleaders for Home for the State of Andhra Pradesh and the State of Telangana, in all these writ petitions. With their consent, the writ petitions are being disposed of at the stage of admission itself.
These writ petitions, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed challenging G.O.Ms.No.100 Home (General.A) Department dated 26.04.2013.
It is brought to the notice of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the issue involved in these writ petitions has already been adjudicated by this court in a batch of writ petitions viz., W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, vide common order dated 31.10.2016, read with WPMP.No.16343 and2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014, dated 13.4.2017, and this matter is squarely covered by the said orders.
Recording the above submission, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with WPMP.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 dated 13.04.2017.
